International Orders

All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

 

United States

RETURNS

We put a lot of love into our pieces and want you to love them too!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in its original, unused/new condition, with tags, in its original packaging, and postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund or credit, less shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges, and duties/custom fees are non-refundable.
  • Funds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • We do not accept returns after 14 days.

 

Returns & Exchanges – SHIPPING

To return merchandise or inquire about a repair, please fill out the form below.

Please make sure to include your order # on or inside the return package.

  • All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
  • For your protection, please return the item in its box and use a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Processing a return may take up to 15 business days from the arrival of the item. We may need additional time to conduct quality assurance assessments. If the item is accepted for return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be prompted by email. You will be credited in full to the original payment method, with the exception of the original shipping charges (if applicable), duties and import taxes (for international shipments).
  • Please note: It may take your financial institution additional time to transfer the funds back into your account.
