Orders
Once received, your order will be filled as quickly as possible. If you require your order in a rush, please email us at xodoworld@gmail.com to inquire about rush shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and you can choose to run your transaction through PayPal or through Shopify Payments. Both options are secure. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.  In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rate.

Packaging
Each xodó piece comes in a specially designed xodó box and will ensure your treasure stays secure.
