Orders
Adjust or Cancel Order
Our goal at xodó is to process and ship orders quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
Processing Time
From the time your order is placed, it may take up to 5 business days to process the order prior to shipping.
Tracking
All orders will have tracking information provided.
International Orders
All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and you can choose to run your transaction through PayPal or through Shopify Payments. Both options are secure. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).
All prices are listed in either Canadian Dollars (CAD) or American Dollars (USD), depending on the currency you select on our website. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.
Packaging
Each exclusive xodó piece comes in a specially designed xodó box and will ensure your treasure stays secure.
